Job Description
1. Organize the company's manufacturing efficiency improvement work, apply IE technology, and promote the continuous improvement of the production system efficiency system;
2. Responsible for measuring the working hours of each factory/workshop, calculating and approving standard production capacity, determining the staffing of positions, and promoting efficiency optimization;
3. Responsible for basic process research and improvement, such as optimizing the production process of television and other products, and improving line balance rate;
4. Responsible for efficiency indicator evaluation/benchmarking management within the industry/enterprise;
5. Responsible for carrying out improvement projects such as IE technology, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction, analyzing and evaluating, verifying solutions, promoting, and implementing them;
6. Responsible for formulating and monitoring the implementation of various basic process specifications, including on-site environmental management, basic process management, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of factory processes.
Job requirement
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Industrial Engineering and other related majors; 3 years or more of experience in on-site environmental management and IE positions
3. Skill requirements: Proficient in using Auto CAD software;
4. Quality requirements: Good communication skills, ability to independently analyze and solve problems, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
5. Able to use Chinese as the working language.

1. Salary will be 300-500 million per year (calculate by 13 months）
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday
