Job Description    

1. Responsible for coordinating and implementing the human resource management system and company management system of the Vietnam branch; 

2. Responsible for the recruitment and configuration of the Vietnam branch company; 

3. Responsible for the talent echelon construction of the company, and formulated and implemented the talent reserve mechanism; 

4. Implement the salary calculation, welfare and performance appraisal module; 

5. Properly handle employee relations; 

6. Implement and improve the corporate culture and training system. competence for a post 

 

Job requirement    

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of HR  overall planning work and  administration experience; 

2. Vietnamese nationality, fluent Chinese communication, and excellent English skills;

3. Have good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork ability; 

4. Familiar with Vietnam labor law and other manpower policies, and able to independently carry out manpower management of the Vietnamese company.

5. Have good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork ability; 

6. Familiar with local policies in Vietnam, with government docking experience, and able to independently carry out the administrative management of Vietnamese companies.
