Job Description
- Monthly/quartly review and reset suitable strategies for the next month/quarter
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the centre performance.
- Control for all issues related to centers from finance, sales, development plan, image and reputation with a focus on driving growth.
- Coordinate with Academic Manager to bring out the best Learning Experience to children.
- Manage the overall spending of the Centre. Work with the budget holder to direct spending to ensure the highest efficiency and quality and to support the activities of the Centre
- Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Centre operations
- Control all matters and overseeing customer experience to ensure that we meet our brand promises and deliver strong client satisfaction.
- Plan for monthly to train/coach staff and retaining great talent on your team.
Job requirement:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years experience at management level in a foreign invested company
- Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
- Have Strategy planning skills
- Have Good management skills
- Have Strong sales and customer service focus
- Have Excellent organizational skills
- Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
- Have training, coaching and delegating skills
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
- Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project, etc
Salary and benefit:
