CUSTOMER SERVICES (CHAT)
1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for online customer service system consultation response and problem follow-up processing;
- Responsible for customer service WeChat consultation response and problem follow-up processing;
- Responsible for organizing and recording user problems, suggestions, etc.;
- Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments such as operations, technology and finance, and follow up and deal with problems;
- Other work arrangements arranged by direct supervisors.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Chinese + Vietnamese for text communication;
- Have a certain understanding of the local language and cultural habits of Vietnam
- Have certain online customer service experience
